When moving the mouse over the second menu level no text for the third menu
level is displayed. This works fine e.g. in Explorer and Safari on the Mac. Not
tested on other platforms.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move mouse over second menu level.
WFM, 2003-06-12-22 trunk Linux
wfm using build 2003061204 on Win2k.
Works in latest 1.4 RC3
