Almost all NY Times editorials uses dashes, and many have accents. Mozilla
always screws up and represents them with question marks. IE always gets them
right. The URL above (which may require you to register [free] to view) is just
one example of many

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. View ugly results
3.

Actual Results:
Ugly, erroroneous formatting

Expected Results:
Proper formatting.
The strangest thing. I went to this URL, with lots of dashes:
http://www.nytimes.com/2003/06/17/opinion/17KRUG.html and damned if Mozilla
didn't get it right, just to spite me. Well, it's almost always wrong.
