Mozilla always screws up and represents them with question marks. IE always gets them right. The strangest thing. I went to this URL, with lots of dashes: http://www.nytimes.com/2003/06/17/opinion/17KRUG.html and damned if Mozilla didn't get it right, just to spite me. Well, it's almost always wrong.
