 * Where were you trying to install mozilla to (path)?
 * Do you have write access to the destination folder?
 * Were you installing over a previous version of mozilla?
 * Can you provide a snapshot of the progress dialog that the installer was
showing at the time of the crash?  If the crash doesn't happen right away, you
should be able to move that dialog away from the center of the screen before the
crash happens.  That way, when the crash occurs, you should be able to see what
it was doing.
 * Can you also attach to this bug the following files:
     ...\mozilla.org\mozilla\install_status.log
     ...\mozilla.org\mozilla\install_wizard.log
