Remove the Keystroke Cmd in the Thunderbird Compose Window; Thunderbird not for newsgroup use.

Spec: ComposeWindow->Tools->Mail & Newsgroups.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ComposeWindow->Tools->Mail & Newsgroups.

Actual Results:  
Switches to Folder and MainWindow Pane.

Expected Results:  
Nothing-> Cmd should not be.
Change of Phoenix to Thunderbird Bugzilla to read Firebird and Thunderbird Mail
Also give Firebird and Thunderbird Bugzilla Links on Main Mozilla Page please.
Thunderbird bugs are not going into Bugzilla at this time.  They should be
reported at http://forums.mozillazine.org/index.php?c=8 under Thunderbird Bugs.
