Go to the URL with Mozilla, you get redirected to

http://www.online-exams.com/netscape.html

which says

We're sorry -- this site has been built to accomodate Microsoft Internet
Explorer, as approximately 96% of our customers use this browser. Please
download Internet Explorer from the Microsoft site to continue.

  Thank you.

The browser detection works even after i put

user_pref("general.useragent.override", "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5;
Windows 98; Win 9x 4.90)")

into user.js. Opera is not affected, unless you force it to identify as Mozilla
5.0.

I will try to contact these guys and see if I can make them change their policy.
The site works fine in Mozilla if you use something other than the home page to
start surfing.
Webmaster contacted, let us hope they respond and maybe even act.

Webmaster contacted, I've been in discussions with a person from management (I
believe) and I may have succeeded in convincing them to change their browser
sniffing routine to block Netscape 4 and below only.
Still no change to site - Mozilla 1.6b and Firebird 0.7 both receive the same
message as in comment #1.

The redirect only happens at the site entrance, and the contact web page
(http://www.online-exams.com/top_nav/contact/contact.asp) lists
"webmaster@online-exams.com" as the webmaster contact.
Bad news, I contacted the site again, they will not change their code, even
though I handed them the one line solution on a plate :-( ---> WONTFIX
