If you work offline through File/Work Offline check , and later you are back in
line, the check Off line remains, but you still can navigate without problem.

1.Go off line
2.go again on line
3.Check File/Work Offline
4. The check remains

Actual Results:  
You can continue to navigate, no problem.

Expected Results:  
Uncheck the preference
Worksforme with Windows Mozilla 1.7 Alpha.
