211108 - can't conect to smtp server

Mozilla 1.4 can't connect to an especific smpt server. All other smtp servers i
tryed worked perfectly.

From moz 0.9 to 1.3.1 this server haven't gave me any trouble. Moz 1.4 just say
that it was unable to stabilish a connection and give up. I'm certain that the
server configuration is the same as ever. Also, it doens't use SSL.

I have no means to scan the error since i don't know where to turn pop/smtp
logging on (even MS outlook can do that!).


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a mail
2. click "send"
3. it will give the error

enable logging. Please attach the produced log to this bug.

1.3-, it works perfectly.

Ok, thanks for the logs. It's clear what happens. Funny I discovered another bug
showing the same log ... See bug 208581 comment #5 for an explanation.
