User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624

When I log in the first thing I do is start Mail-News, but if I start it too
soon no accounts appear. The folders pane is completely empty. This seems to not
happen if I wait a while, or if I load the browser first. In one experience I
noticed that my mail did get checked and a notification popped up that I had
some new messages, but I couldn't go to the message. This was with the browser
running. Normally it seems like it just sits there because otherwise it would
ask me for my master password.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'mozilla.exe -turbo'
2. Run 'mozilla.exe -mail' before -turbo is done loading
Actual Results:
Folders pane is completely empty.

Expected Results:
Folders pane should have my IMAP account and the Local Folders account.

This screenshot shows (proves?) that the bug exists. I'm sorry I'm not better
at deducing why it happens.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
