Adobe Image Ready and Adobe Photoshop (both ver 7.0.1) ignore system preferences
which stipulate Mozilla and look for MSIE, even though I've erased it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
In Adobe Image Ready 7.0.1
	Help -> Image Ready Help

Or in
  Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1
	Help -> Photoshop Help
Actual Results:
The system preferences for web browser (currently set to Mozilla) are ignored
and MSIE is looked for in OS X, failing that it's looked for in OS 9 Classic

Expected Results:
Mozilla should pop up and show the file:
	file:///Macintosh%20HD/Applications/Adobe%20Photoshop%207/Help/help.html

Microsoft has announced that MSIE as a stand alone web browser will be
discontinued on ALL platforms, which means that Mozilla and others must be
supported by Adobe.
confirmed in Photoshop Elements 2.0 on OS X 10.2.6
