Steps to reproduce:

1 Run seamonkey32e.exe
2 Note disk space requirements on select components page,
      required in this case is 71597k, available is 74176k
      choose [NEXT]
Actual results: disk space window comes up saying 112951 is required
(additional space for xpiengine)

Expected results: disk space requirements would be consistent

changed the disk space required in the Select Components dialog to show the 
downlaod size instead.  See bug #25410.
