cpu hogging occurs when browser or mail component are left idle for extended
periods.
This used to also happen with previous incarnations, however with this version
the problem does not rectify itself within about 5 mins, as it used to.

The only way to stop the cpu hogging is to close down mozilla and reopen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.startup mozilla.
2.leave it running for about an hour.
3.the cpu hogging will have commenced.

Actual Results:  
IceWM shows the cpu at 100% occupancy.

Expected Results:  
When I come back to use the computer after an extended break, I like to be able
to use it.
However this problem slows it down to a crawl (PII-300), restarting mozilla
fixes this.

No active screensaver, the screen just blanks.

My broswer has been running for 2 days with no ill effects.
Try a newer nightly build and report the problem to Debian.

WORKSFORME mozilla 1.4 / trunk all platforms.  please try mozilla 1.4 and let us
know if that doesn't fix the problem.  thx.
