6.  Outbox Sending.   When queueing multiple messages in the "Unsent
Messages" folder,  one has to be VERY careful when sending them.  With
NS 4.7, it's an ALL OR NOTHING event.  For example, if you write 20
messages offline, connect to the internet and attempt to send them, the
20 messages will not be moved to the "Sent" folder UNLESS all 20
messages are sent.  If, for some reason, your connection is broken
mid-way through the send, all 20 messages remain in the "Unsent
Messages" folder -- and will ALL BE SENT AGAIN next time you try to send
the Outbox.   I would think each message would be moved out of the
outbox immediately after it has been successfully sent -- NOT after the
entire outbox is sent.

Can't test this until bug 10344.

update: bug 10344 is fixed so using build 2000-05-26 on win98 this was tested 
and is fixed.  Will check mac and linux next.
Using build 2000-05-31 on win98, mac and linux this is fixed.  Verified.
