1. Save form information.
2. Tools / FormManager / Fill this Form.
3. A Mozilla window opens and asks which fields have to be filled.

Now, if you check some fields. Everything works fine when you click ok.

But when you check the "don't open this window again for this form" button, the
settings in the check boxes will not be saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save form information.
2. Tools / FormManager / Fill this Form.
3. A Mozilla window opens and asks which fields have to be filled.

Now, if you check some fields. Everything works fine when you click ok.

But when you check the "don't open this window again for this form" button, the
settings in the check boxes will not be saved.
Actual Results:  
Mozilla saves all information, and not only the checked fields.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should save the checked form entries.
