User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 This problem has been experienced in 1.2.1, 1.4b, 1.4rc2, 1.4 on W2K Pro. I have four levels of directories in my Favorites for IE, so my Favorites folder contains a mix of .url files and folders. The .url files directly in the Favorites folder are correctly imported, but the subfolders and everything contained within them are not. Instead, there are entries in the Imported IE Favorites which have no name, and when clicked navigate to the appropriate file in the file system. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create subdirectories in your IE Favorites that contain other directories and links. 2. Install any of the versions of Mozilla listed. 3. Try to open up one of the subdirectory links in Bookmarks | Imported IE Favorites. Actual Results: Relevant folder is shown as per the local file exploring functionality; e.g. address bar contains file:///E:/Documents%20and%20Settings/abljam/Favorites/Climbing/ and the contents of the directory are listed in the viewing pane. Expected Results: Recursively convert subfolders in my IE Favorites to subfolders in Imported IE Favorites, handling links and folders appropriately. I've also attached the text that is in my bookmark.html file for that section.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
