Details

If I name a toolbar when creating it in the toolbar customization screen, the
name doesn't show up on the toolbar. (20030714)

Aaron, the toolbars don't show names, the names are mostly for the
View->Toolbars menu (which is also going to be accessible from the same dialog
for Customize).

Removing dataloss keyword (since the data is where its supposed to be).

--> INVALID based on current state of bug.

If you want to add support for IE-style labelled toolbars , that would be an
enhancement bug.

I guess there will need to be a show name option for each toolbar.
