extra newline on converting from HTML to TEXT
This problem occures in many cases.

And the major issue is when converting an HTML mail received
from MS-Outlook to text mail, while replying.

Also happens when copying a web page and pasting to notepad.

To test this I am providing two html files.

Attachment a.html
steps
1. open attachment a.htm
2. Select whole page.
3. Selection will show only 3 lines in the document
4. Copy it
5. paste it in notepad

actual result:-
  you will 2 blank lines between a & b

expected result:-
there should be only one blank lines between a & b

Attachment b.html
This is an extract from mail received from outlook,
issue is seviour here because outlook add an unnessrey tag <o:p></o:p>
contents of this is not added by user while typing mail in outlook.
so outlook hide this while displaying mail.
But in mozilla we get 2 more extra line due to this.

Reproducible: Always
