When changing cache size to a none zero value and I visit
http://memoryexpess.com/ I get a blank page. When I change the cache size back
to zero the page can load properly. The page contains frames but works fine when
no cache.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change cache to 1000 MB
2. Compare is set to every time I view the page
3. Visit http://memoryexpress.com/
4. - No page
5. Reload
6. - No page

Actual Results:
Blank page

Expected Results:
Displayed page
worksforme with linux trunk 20030723 with cached page checked "every time" and
"only when the page is out of date".

try clearing your cache.
I tried clearing cache and recreating cache dir with restarting mozilla.
All give me a blank page (source shows frameset) unless I set the cache size to 0.

I've run a lot of different version of mozilla so maybe there something in my
profile thats causing problems. Another page that gives blank page is
http://webmail.telus.net. This page source shows a meta refresh request but the
page doesn't get refreshed.

I've tried creating a new user and getting the latest mozilla and the page
displays properly with and without cache size = 0. I'm going to see if I can the
cache to fail by changing other preference setting.
