Using release build from 12/10/99 on Windows NT

I usually write my status reports using Composer and then send it using the
File->Send Page option in 4.7.

There is no such option on seamonkey.

I added beta1 because i would like to get PDT+, i have the bug fixed and would

love to get it in for M14. i am in the process of getting it reviewed now.
