Tasks|IRC should just bring up test3.xul, not
a doc I have to read.  "I don't care, just give
me the latest thing and I'll work with that"
is the mode I think people are in right now.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Component: XPApps → chatzilla
The doc checks to make sure the components have been properly installed, and
tells the user what to do if they're not.  It seemed like a good place to start
them off, but I tend to agree that the menu item should really just plop them in
the client.  I'll modify the client to refer the user to the doc in the event
that something isn't set up properly.
