I cant load the ftp site to upgrade my mozilla version (currently running v1.0.2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use v1.0.2 mozilla with an uptodate linux redhat 8 kernel
2.Load Mozilla
3.Try and access ftp site

Actual Results:  
Nothing. Nada. It refused point blank to open the page (Site not found)

Expected Results:  
Loaded the FTP site i suppose...
Mozilla 1.8a4, no problems with the site, not with any ftp site.
