Can not localize in japanese "From" and "To" words.
In English, although it is the same word,
it is necessary to assign the thing of another meaning in Japanese.

Cf.
Existing "From" in japanese:  Sender(sousinn-sya).
New "From" in japanese: Start date(kaisi-bi).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla Mail.
2. Message -> Mark -> As Read by Date, and clck.
