bug 206927 said websites are cnn.com and webpages are parts of websites like
cnn.com/politics cnn.com/law

so one website could mean I have multiple tabs but all are cnn.com

so "Hide the tab bar when only one tab is open" is better

also, bug 191746 wanted "tab" and not "website"
Simple patch for this issue.

Better patch for pref-advanced.dtd

Blake, this is a simple ptach for the wording of one item in the advanced pref
panel. Can you review and check this in?

Taking.

I think this is really nitpicking. If anything the use of "website" helps
provide some context to what this so-called "tab bar" is. I appreciate the
thought but I don't think we should do this.

(Note that before 1.0 we'll be reviewing EVERY string so this will be considered
a second time.)
