The tables on the right hand side should have the cells lined up.
In IE, they display lined up, but in Mozilla 1.4, Mozilla Firebird 0.6 and
Konqueror, they do not display lined up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://www.australianpipebands.com using Mozilla

Actual Results:  
Table cells on right hand side of page do not line up properly.

Expected Results:  
Table cells on the right hand side should all line up the same as the tables on
the left hand side.

I don't see anything strange using Mozilla 2003-08-08-04 in winXP. In our
screenshot the "Survey" and "Forum topics" are displaced, but I see them right.

If Konqueror also displays the page wrong then it's probably a bug in the page
(but maybe not, and both Gecko and Khtml have the same bug)

Could you please try with a current nightly?

Tested using Mozilla Build 2003080922 on Linux, and the page displays fine. 
Sorry about that, I should have tried the latest nightly first.
