in the left frame (UntitledFrame-1.htm) when the background table (grey
background) has the aligh=right property scrollbars do not appear when the
window is resized.

if i remove align=right from the first table tag the scrollbars appear correctly.

I have posted this on mozilla forums and it has been reproduced by other
members. (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=144775#144775)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a 2 frame frameset
2. in left frame create a nested table
3. set the lowest zindex table align attribute
4. resize entire browser window, scrollbars do not appear when leftframe becomes
too small

Actual Results:
scrollbars do not appear when leftframe becomes too small

Expected Results:
displayed scrollbars no matter what the align attribue is, instead should be
based on the width of the content (in this case the inner table).

I see this also LInux 2003081105
URL is 404. I do see a scrollbar at http://www.rynop.com/ so I assume it had
the same problem. This is fixed by bug 173277
