I would like have possibility in menu this:

Now when I open page in a new tab, new tab is automatically activated and
previous page is leaved. I would like to have possibility in menu specify that
"Open in new tab will not jump into a new tab, but stay in original page". This
feature is good for a news servers, where I open all todays links and then I
read them and closing them. Now I have to always select older page to open
another link in a new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open main page of news server
2. click on "Open in a new tab"
3. page is opened in new tab, but original window is still active

Expected Results:
add this feature
What you want is already there.

Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Tabbed Browsing -> check the "Load links in
the background" box
