216974 - cant get mail off server if zone alarm is running

I can't get mail off the pop server or send new mail if zonealarm is running,
there is no error it just says connecting to server and doesn't get any mail. 
Also zonealarm doesn't ask for permission to connect anywhere.

And it works if ZA is not running ?
That would make this bug invalid...

Have you explicitly given Zone Alarm permission to run the mozilla.exe binary?

No response, marking worksforme.  I have ZoneAlarm and Mozilla build
2003-08-29-04 on Windows 2000 and this is working fine on my POP3 account
(verizon.net).

Reporter, if you have any more info and can still reproduce with a current
(nightly) Mozilla build, please reopen and make some comments.
