In the Page there is a table and the background should be white not black

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.brebeuf.qc.ca/cgi-bin/cv.cgi?id=86&lettre=G
2. Notice the background of the table is black and not white.  Text is unreadable
3.

Actual Results:  
table background is black. Text in table is unreadable

Expected Results:  
table background should be white

Seem to work in Konqueror and probably IE.

IE makes the table cell blue, moz and opera black
bgcolor="HTMLUtils::COULEUR_CVPROF_1" is not valid
