the browser hangs when a link within the page is clicked, it sometimes hangs
when you  try to open up the link in a tab as well

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load up http://www.bctia.org/members/Class_Software_Solutions_Ltd.asp#news
2.if it doesn't hang there, ctrl+left click the company news button

Actual Results:  
browser hangs

Expected Results:  
browser loads page without freezing up
