The personal toolbar with it's blue on blue text is very hard to read. In addtion
the the black arrows on a dark blue background are equally hard to see. I would
also expect that when a menu is showing, when I mouse over another of the top
level items, that the menu would go away like in the main menu bar. If they are
supposed to be buttons rather than menus shouldn't there be some sort of border?

we are planning on revsiting that style past dogfood, before beta 1. Likely we
will make the font size larger and bump up the contrast.
Moving all UE/UI bugs to new component: User Interface: Design Feedback
UE/UI component will be deleted.

Nominate for closing, this should have all gone away with the recent style
updates by hangas and waterson and me. right? we have increased font size,
changed colors to higher contrast, and created special arrows for this toolbar
designs that are a bright #CCFFFF feel free to verify and reopen if needed.
