I noticed that upon switch from 1.4->1.5b. NB using menu on top of the sidebar
does not solve the problem. I tried to move the history bookmark on top but it
bever appeared.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I have the same problem. Upgrading to the latest v1.5RC did not help either.

However, if I removed the history tab from the side bar applied the settings
(selecting 'OK') then went back into the side bar settings this time adding the
history sidebar it re-appeared. I hope this helps.
