When I go to Tools>Options and change a theme and then click OK the box won't
close so I have to click cancel.  I'm pretty much stuck with the theme that this
download came with and not the carryovers from a older version I had.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Tools>Options
2.Make a go to themes and try to change one
3.Try to click ok

Actual Results:  
Nothing was changed and I have to click cancel.

Expected Results:  
Just try to fix it.

This starts with the default theme and won't let me change to any others.

Themes from older versions are no longer compatible.  At some point soon,
incompatible themes won't be displayed.

filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
