I have been trying to download a applacation from my business website but ever
time I open the attachement the page it takes me to is blank.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open email
2.click on attachment
3 [review].

Actual Results:  
the page the attachment takes me to is blank

Expected Results:  
there should be a downloadable applacation for me to fill out
This is not a Page Info bug.
