Both Browser and Mail/News let you open a URL in a new tab, but not Address Book.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable the pref to allow Ctrl+click to open links in a new tab.
2. Click on a card in the "thread pane" of the address book that has a URL
specified.
3. Ctrl+click the URL that shows up in the "message pane".

Actual Results:  
The URL opened in an existing tab.

Expected Results:  
The URL should have opened in a new tab.

This may be related to bug 64030 (no context menus in Address Book).

Confirming on Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050913
SeaMonkey/1.0a. We are inconsistent with what we do on links, ctrl-click doesn't
seem to even work.
