I upgraded from Java beta to last release.I made the new link to the new java
plugin.The old Java was disinstalled
When I list the plug-ins as root I see both the old Java plugin and the new one,
while as user I see only the new Java plugin

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Help/About plug-ins
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Wron list as root

Expected Results:
make the correct list
the plugin shouldn't show up anywhere if it's really uninstalled. look in
/root/.mozilla/
where?? in which file??? I see only appreg and pluginreg.dat.

How do I read these files???

Tnx

Antonio
if you've run Mozilla as root, there should at least be a profile directory for
root. I thought root might also have its own "plugin" directory. You might
clobber root's pluginreg.dat and try restarting Mozilla.
