User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030916 Firebird/0.6.1+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030916 Firebird/0.6.1+

The upper frame of http://www.cap21.net is too small on Mozilla / Mozilla
Firebird, so you don't have access to the menu.
In the main page, if you move the mouse on "up.gif" and "down.gif" (near "Revue
de Presse" and "Cap21 dans les médias"), nothing happens : there should be a
scrolling (working on IE).
I contacted the webmaster, I never had a reply.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on http://www.cap21.net
2. Move the mouse on "up.gif" and "down.gif" (near "Revue de Presse" and "Cap21
dans les médias")

Actual Results:
No scrolling

Expected Results:
The text should scroll
Site uses IE-specific methods and does not try to detect other browsers.
