220272 - Accesskey W for "Paste without formatting" collides with W for "Rewrap" in plain text editor

Since bug 64647 was fixed, the accesskey W is given twice in the edit menu of
the plain text editor, hence doubling the number of keystrokes to rewrap.

Suggesting 'o' as a replacement.
(Patch forthcoming.)
