The current implementation allows to use user colors for text, background
(ignoring background image) and link colors AT THE SAME TIME or not at all.

My suggestion is to allow subselects, like in this form:

[ Colors ]

Use custom colors for:

+-- [x] Text and background --+ +-- [x] Links ----------------+
| | | |
| Text: [ black ] | | Unvisited Links: [ blue ] |
| Background: [ white ] | | Visited Links: [ viol ] |
| | | |
| [x] Use system colors | | [x] Underline links |
| | | |
+-----------------------------+ +-----------------------------+

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
When applied custom colors, text/background and unvisited/visited links colors
are applied at the same time, so is ignored background image.

Expected Results:
Allow apply custom text/backround color separately from custom link colors.
