after you have composed a mail message and press spell checker, the checker
window opens but does not show mis-spelled words.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compose mail message ( with a spelling mistake)
2.press spell checker icon
3. see if spell checker has picked up your spelling error / errors

Actual Results:  
failed to find mis-spelled words ( us english)

i typed 'this is a tset', i clicked the button, it complained that 'tset' is a
"Misspelled word"
