See attachment (Added instructions for WinXP. Removed redundant, incorrect last
modified date.) Feedback on my edit is appreciated; I plan to ask for CVS access
sometime.
The doctor said: "Don't have a CVS account? File a bug report about getting one
or save your changes as a file on your computer, file a bug report about them
(assign it to the page's owner if you can figure out who that is from the change
log), then attach the changes to the bug report."
Ok, so I doubt I've earned CVS access yet, so I did the latter. There aren't
any review flags settable for documentation patches, so I guess I just wait for
someone with checkin privileges to check it in.
Timeless, I don't have XP. Can you review the patch?
The patch was in the spirit of the document, but the document was wrong.
I had threatened at times to rip the notes in question out of the document.
I've now done so. If you find the information isn't satisfactory, please
contact me.

Someone gets to decide how to resolve this bug. I'm leaning toward invalid or
worksforme since. alternatively the bug can be resummarized to describe what I
actually did.
As timeless indicated, he checked in a different fix, which does in effect
provide instructions for XP, and fix the HTML, as per the logged bug. Cool.

If 'start mozilla' didn't exit immediately, it could be followed in the script
with a rename/mv $NSPR_LOG_FILE $NSPR_LOG_FILE`date`, but in Windows anyway, it
does. :(
