I don't think this is js, since the HTML resolves to:

<A href="mailto:...""><P>Email me</P></A>

This is residual style (bug #991), with rickg's changes due to land soon
that should allow this. [Strictly speaking (i.e., strict.dtd), A can only
contain %inline; elements, and P is %block;).

I didn't think that rickg's residual style changes went into the M12 branch
(they were checked in 12/20/99 23:53). But nonetheless, this does work with
