22200 - URL for libIDL is 404.

When libIDL is not installed, configure says:
"See http://www.rpi.edu/~veliaa/libIDL/ for more information."
But this URL does not exist.

The text should be changed to:
"See http://atv.ne.mediaone.net/libIDL/ for more information."

Your patch was for configure.in, which is part of the browser, not
documentation. Reassigning to the build-config product. If there is
also some documentation with the wrong url let me know, and thanks
for the patch.
