When using the mouse whell in the bookmark drop down menu, the menu sometimes
jumps erratically.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Bookmarks
2.Scroll with mouse wheel
3. 

Actual Results:  
Causes erratic jumping of menu

Expected Results:  
Scroll through bookmarks normally
the mousewheel has no effect on XP while within the menu

are you using your mouse drivers to map to a nonstandard function of some sort?
