222525 - clean up navigation sidebars

Items in top navigation bar are our main sections.
Each section should have its own custom sidebar. 
People writing code need different links than 
people downloading, etc.

Sidebar on download page should be for navigation
right now it has actual content.

all sidebars but developers should use the same sidebar as /about/index.html

Dawn means: the sidebars, other than developer, should have the same layout/look
and feel as what's on /about/index.html currently.

set up new mechanism so different areas of website can be wrapped with different
templates. In addition to template.html and template-nomenu.html we now also
have template-about.html, template-products.html and template-support.html. To
use new template add line to file with one of these comments: <!-- use about
template --> <!-- use support template --> <!-- use products template -->. The
old mechanism of using NOWRAP and NOMENU files is still in effect for unwrapped
files and files with no left nav bar.

Products sidebar:
1. "Products" is only a header, not also an item in the listing
2.  Typo "Thunderird" > Thunderbird
3.  Type "Mozilla Camino" > Camino

Support sidebar:
1.  "Support" is only a header, not also an item in the listing
