jpeg images on page dont show.    moving mouse over white space shows link; link
works and shows jpeg.  have seen this on many pages.  page works correctly in IE

Works for me, 20031014 Firebird/0.7+, you might want to try out mozilla firebird
0.7 that's been released recently

the jpegs don't have file extensions... might have been the problem.

resolving WORKSFORME.

Jim, please download a recent nightly version and test this again, if it is
still a problem then reopen this bug, and paste in the new build ID string (from
help->About Mozilla Firebird). Thanks!

about screen attached.
yes the problem probably has to do with the link not explicitly being labeled as
a jpeg.

i also run IE6 and Netscape 7.1 on this computer.  so maybe some setting in
registry ???????
