Details

When filling in a textarea, if you have more than one line, then the up/down
movement gets confused, and sometimes moves too far, or (more often) not enough.

this sounds like a complaint about arrow key use within a textfield.  I would
imagine it's a selection key-handling bug, so assigning to mike with a tentative
M13 milestone.  cc'ing akkana and myself.
