This bug is split out from bug #22483 which noted two bugs. The first was
an unrelated parser bug (detailed on 22483), and this bug has to do with tables.

If you look at the attachment, derived from the original page, you'll note
an extra horizontal stripe across the top of the table. I think it's because
the line-height is too high (which seems to be common these days -- bug??).
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: M15
I've seen the problem, but this seems to be fixed somewhere during the last 14 
days.
To verify this, compare the attachment as it is rendered now to M13.
