On the website http://www.romshare.com all the links internal to the site flash
almost as if there is a 'flash' command, I have looked through the HTML of a few
of the pages to see if there is a odd command and have discovered nothing of the
sort.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla or Netscape window
2. Go to Http://www.romshare.com
This is no bug: http://www.romshare.net/index-cn-down.css has

a:link {  color: #bbbbbb; font-family: "Tahoma"; font-size: 9pt;
text-decoration: underline blink; font-style: normal}

a:visited {  font-family: "Tahoma"; font-size: 9pt; color: #bbbbbb;
text-decoration: underline blink; font-style: normal}

a:hover {  font-family: "Tahoma"; font-size: 9pt; color: #00ff00;
text-decoration: underline blink; font-style: normal}
