The Save to disk option of save dialog the does not allow me to enter any filename

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto any website
2.Click on file to save
3. The popup does not allow you to save

Actual Results:  
Cannot save file

Expected Results:  
Allow me to enter the filename and save it to the desired location

worksforme with a current trunk linix build...

Could you post a screenshot of the exact dialog you get?

Old version, no response. Resolving as WFM. Feel free to reopen the bug if can
reproduce the problem with current builds.
