Server linux / uw-imapd

Thunderbird 0.3 not display the public imap folders.
In other MUA's (for example Mozilla 1.2.1) I can see and subscribe the public
folders.

I also see this behavior in 0.4 and nightlies since.
I also see this in 0.5a nightlies on 20040120 for Linux.  This is an important
bug and should be upgraded in severity.
With a courier-imapd based server, I don't see this on 0.5.
