Send it and you view the fail in outlook(i'm think that it succes in other mail clients)

er, you're trying to say that if you send the mail via the form it screws up in Outlook but works in other mail clients? wouldn't that mean its a bug in Outlook?

no follow-up. sounds like it's not even a Mozilla bug.
